1. Personal Data    

   • All personal data is stored locally on your phone

   • Anonymous data is stored in the cloud

2. To Delete your Scans

   • Open the scans screen

   • Press the select button

   • Click on the scans you wish to delete

   • Press the delete button

3. To Delete your Account

   • Open the account page (top right button on most screens)

   • Scroll down and select delete account

   • Confirm that you wish to delete your account

4. To Delete Data from your Phone if you are using an Android device

   • Open the phone’s Settings page and select “Apps” 

   • Scroll to and select Back to Health App

   • Select storage

   • Select the “Clear Data” and “Clear Cache” buttons

 

Scans, exercise prescriptions and activity records can be recovered from the cloud, however photos cannot as they are only stored locally on your own device. Deleting your account destroys it permanently, it cannot be recovered.
